| Description : | The project is the iconic Porto Sokhna resort located at Ain Sokhna, Egypt. The project consists of 3 residential buildings each 24 floors with around 1800 flats built up as a simulation of the Egyptian famous 3 pyramids. The 3 buildings are surrounded by a fine landscaped zone with large swimming pools, parking, 2 floors shopping mall, and promenade as well as all MEP utilities areas serving the project. The total connected power is around 20 MVA. |
