| Description : | The project is the new construction of the National Institute of Neuroscience, Cancer, and Cardiac & Proton Centers located as part of King Fahd Medical City at Jeddah, KSA. The project consists of 2 towers with 11 floors each connected together at basements, ground, first & second floors. Basements are used as parking, laundry, kitchen as well as MEP utilities zones. Ground floor comprises 5 proton therapy rooms acting as the first proton therapy center at KSA as well as outpatient zones, emergency zone & administration. The 2 towers comprise Radiology center, Cardiac operation rooms together with neuroscience operation theatres, intensive care units & patient rooms. |
| Scope of work: | Design Review for all Electromechanical Works.
Redesign for lighting networks and HVAC networks including room by room calculations. |
