Description :	The club house shall be located in the heart of Makady Bay residential complex established by OHD. The club house consists of a large main restaurant with indoor & outdoor area with respective kitchen, lounges, gym, spa, swimming pool, several courts for tennis & football, kid’s zone & respective utilities building. The total connected power shall be around 1 MVA.
Scope of work:	Design for all MEP works. (MEP works Budget is around 3 Million EGP).
