| Description : | The project is the extension of the famous Matrouh Beau Site hotel located at North Coast of Egypt. The project consists of a basement floor dedicated for parking, laundry, kitchen & electromechanical plants in addition to a ground floor dedicated for restaurants & covered swimming pool. First floor accommodates the main restaurant and Gym as well as guest rooms & suites. Three floors for guest rooms & suites so that total capacity of hotel is around 28 guest rooms & 14 suites. The total connected power is around 1.25 MVA. |
