| Description : | The project is a new summer resort destination located at North Coast, Egypt. The total land area shall be around 110000 m2 while the total built up area shall be around 2500000 m2.
The project consists of 65 residential blocks each is 4 floors with distributed chalets & apartments around 800 unit. The buildings are surrounded by a fine landscaped zone with large swimming pools in addition to a mall, spa, kids zone, hotel, 20 villas, mosque & MEP utilities areas serving the project. The total connected power is around 10 MVA. |
