| Description : | The project is a luxurious touristic complex located by the Lake of Awassa at Ethiopia. The complex total land area is around 35000 m2 with built up area around 45000 m2 including hotel building, 20 VIP villas, club house, clinic, tennis courts, swimming pool, pool bars, utilities plant & huge parking area surrounding the site.
The hotel building consists of 7 floors with total built up area of 30000 m2 with a capacity of 131 guest rooms, 8 suites, 3 apartments, administration areas, large ball room with all related facilities, dining restaurants, shops, main kitchen & health club center. The total connected power is around 4 MVA. |
