| Description : | The project is a large hotel located at Dammam city in Kingdom Saudi Arabia. The hotel consists of main building & annex. Main building comprises 19 floors for 126 guest rooms, 36 suites & 6 pent houses together with all their related facilities as reception, lounges, restaurants, kitchens, laundry, 2 parking floors, shopping areas & all required electromechanical equipment areas. The annex comprises mainly the service areas as well as swimming pool, saunas & gym areas. The annex is connected to the main building via a steel bridge.
The total connected power is around 12 MVA. |
