| 3- 6 Floors building for royal suites (130 suites). | |
| 4- 6 Floors building for time-share units (360 units). | |
| 5- Sports area with all its facilities. | |
| 6- Swimming pools area & beach outlets. | |
| 7- Power substation building. | |
| The total connected power is around 7 MVA distributed on 2 transformers & 5 generating sets. | |
| Scope of work: | Design Drawings & Tender Documents for all Electrical Works.
