3- Guest blocks extending in north & west including 500 rooms. |

4- Disco area together with shops area & gymnasium. |

| 7- Power substation building. | |
| The total connected power is around 7 MVA for phase-1, comprising a generation plant with step up transformers to 22kV, then a medium voltage network feeding step down transformers located at load centers. | |
