| Description : | The project is the construction of administration buildings C, D & E at zone 1 & 2, Buildings 301, 302, 303, 304, 305 & 309 at zone 3 and Buildings 401, 402, 406,407, 408 & 413 at zone 4 of the new Administrative Capital of Egypt.Building C total built up area is 110000 m2 which is the largest office building in the new Administrative Capital. The building consists of 4 floors dedicated for offices in addition to their respective utilities areas.
Building D total built up area is 5500 m2 where this building is the data center building for all Zone 1 & 2. Building E total built up area is 30000 m2 consisting of 3 basement floors, ground & 4 upper floors dedicated all for offices in addition to their respective utilities areas. Zone 3 & 4 total buildings built up area is 65000 m2 where buildings 301 & 401 comprise 4 floors in addition to basement floor dedicated for parking while buildings 302, 303, 304, 305 & 309 are just 2 floors while buildings 402, 407 are just 2 floors & buildings 406, 408 & 413 are 3 floors. |
